Every number below comes from the people who make the blanks, not from us. Two tables per garment: what to measure on yourself, and what the finished piece measures laid flat.
Unisex tee
Gildan 5000 — 100% cotton, 5.0–5.3 oz/yd²
Unisex fitCut to a straight unisex block, so it runs roomier than a women’s cut. Size down for a closer fit.
Your body
Measure yourself and find the column you fall into.
The garment
The finished piece, laid flat on a table.
- Classic fit — straight through the body, not tapered.
- Between sizes? Size down for a closer fit, up for the boxier look.
- Pre-shrunk, but expect a little shrinkage in a hot wash.
- Measurements come from the supplier and can vary by up to 2 in (5 cm).
Unisex hoodie
Cotton Heritage M2580 — 65% ring-spun cotton, 35% polyester
Unisex fitCut to a straight unisex block rather than a women’s cut. Go by the chest measurement in the size guide — the labels here run a size behind the tee.
This hoodie runs small. Order one size up from your usual size.

The garment
The finished piece, laid flat on a table.
- The chest measurements below already sit a size behind the tee — an S hoodie fits the chest an M tee fits.
- Cut for layering over a tee, not over a jacket.
- Between sizes? Go up. This is the one garment where nobody regrets it.

How to measure
Use a soft tape. Keep it level and snug, not tight — you should be able to slip a finger under it. Measure over a thin shirt or nothing at all, never over a jumper.
- Chest
- Around the fullest part of your chest, with the tape level under your arms and flat across your back. Arms down, breathe out.
- Length
- On a garment: from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem. On yourself: from the top of your shoulder to wherever you want the shirt to end.
- Width
- A garment measurement only. Lay it flat, measure armpit to armpit. Double it to compare against your chest measurement.
- Sleeve length
- From the centre back of the neck, across the shoulder, down to the sleeve hem.
Still unsure
The most reliable method: find a shirt you already like the fit of, lay it flat, and measure its width and length. Match those to the garment table rather than to your body. It beats guessing every time.
Because everything is made to order we cannot offer free exchanges on a size change — see shipping and returns for exactly what is and is not covered. Worth two minutes with a tape measure.
